Paystack has launched Small Business Launchpad, a four-week programme for small and medium-sized merchants in Nigeria. The first cohort starts on August 27, 2026, with up to 50 businesses selected. The programme will cover customer acquisition, financial structure and business systems.

Selected merchants will pay a ₦150,000 participation fee and receive business clinics, expert office hours and priority Paystack support. Businesses that complete the programme will also get three months of free payment processing, capped at ₦25 million.

The first cohort will feature contributors from M-KOPA, Pricepally, KPMG, Bumpa and Taéillo. Paystack says the programme will help business owners build stronger systems, connect with experienced operators and gain practical support.

The Paystack Small Business Launchpad builds on the company’s efforts to support merchants beyond payments. It follows the Small Business Bundle launched in June, which offers eligible merchants discounts on products and services from partner companies. The programme is currently open to eligible active Paystack merchants in Nigeria, with more cohorts planned.
