INFRONEER Builds Financial Data Platform With Accenture in 3 Months
INFRONEER Holdings just pulled off something rare in enterprise tech. Working with Accenture and SAP Japan, the company built a brand-new financial data platform in only three months.
This new financial data platform now sits at the digital core of INFRONEER HD’s management approach. Moreover, it connects information end-to-end, from project-level costs all the way up to group-wide financial accounting. Consequently, leadership can make faster, sharper decisions across the entire organization.
The timing matters too. INFRONEER HD has grown rapidly through mergers and acquisitions, all while facing industry pressures like aging infrastructure and labor shortages. So, leadership leaned on its joint venture with Accenture, INFRONEER Strategy & Innovation, to push this transformation forward.
For the rollout, the team implemented SAP Cloud ERP to handle financial accounting. Notably, this became one of the fastest SAP Cloud ERP deployments in Japan’s history. That speed came from a new joint implementation approach that Accenture and SAP introduced earlier this year.
Kazunari Kibe, President of INFRONEER Holdings, called the project a management-driven initiative rather than a purely technical one. He explained that clear data goals, set early by leadership, made the three-month timeline possible.
Dai Hamaoka of Accenture echoed that sentiment. He noted that the project combined business reform, data, and AI into one connected effort, calling it a best-case outcome built on strong executive engagement.
Looking ahead, INFRONEER HD plans to expand this financial data platform into procurement and cost management. The company also wants to add AI-powered analytics and predictive insights. Eventually, it hopes to scale this model across Japan’s wider infrastructure and construction industry.
