NVIDIA 2026 Annual Stockholder Meeting Opens Online Participation to All

NVIDIA has announced that its 2026 Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held entirely online on Wednesday, June 24, beginning at 9 a.m. Pacific Time. The NVIDIA Annual Stockholder Meeting will be accessible through the company’s dedicated virtual meeting portal at virtualshareholdermeeting.com/NVDA2026.
Registered stockholders will need their control number, found in their notice or proxy card, to log in, cast votes, and submit questions during the live session. For those who hold shares but do not have a control number, as well as members of the public with no stockholdings, NVIDIA is making the meeting open to all through a guest login option at the same link.
The agenda for the meeting was outlined in NVIDIA’s proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 12, 2026. The full proxy statement is available at nvidia.com/proxy, where a replay of the webcast will also be hosted through June 24, 2027.
NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), widely recognised as the world leader in AI and accelerated computing, has held its annual meetings virtually in recent years, a format that broadens access for retail investors and international stockholders who might otherwise be unable to attend in person.
