Claude Enterprise Integration: Snyk Expands AI Security Stack

Snyk has announced a Claude Enterprise integration that gives security teams full visibility into their AI environment, and puts real-time vulnerability scanning into the hands of every developer using Claude. Two new integrations with Anthropic cover both sides of AI-assisted development at once.
The first connects Evo by Snyk, the industry’s first AI-native security orchestrator, with Anthropic Claude Enterprise via the Claude Compliance API. It is available today in early access for Evo customers. The integration pulls a snapshot of an organization’s Claude environment into Evo. AI assets then sit alongside code, machines, packages, and cloud surfaces that security teams already monitor.
Until now, teams had no single view of active Claude models, approved MCP servers, or tool-level permissions. With this Claude Enterprise integration, every model appears as an Evo asset. Usage breakdowns cover chats, projects, organizations, and users. Every approved MCP server surfaces too, alongside its connected projects and active users. No more screenshot threads. No more waiting on the Claude admin.
Evo also enriches each model with risk signals across five key categories: bias and discrimination, insecure code generation, sensitive data exposure, attack reconnaissance, and safety guardrail bypass. Each category carries a score on a 0–1000 risk index. Teams can drill into results behind each score. They can also prioritize findings the same way they handle the rest of their inventory.
For GRC teams, the compliance layer is where this Claude Enterprise integration becomes most powerful. Evo monitors developer machines too. So it detects drift between MCP tool permissions set in the cloud and what developers run locally. For every MCP server, Snyk surfaces permission ceilings, which tools are Restricted, which are Read-only, who set each rule, and when. That is an audit artifact with a date and a name on it. Setup takes two steps: generate a Compliance Access Key in Claude Enterprise, paste it into Evo, and click Ingest Snapshot. Three read-only scopes are all that is required. Re-run it anytime for a fresh view.
The second integration brings the Snyk Security Desktop Extension to Anthropic’s extension directory for Claude Desktop on macOS and Windows. Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it embeds Snyk’s scanning engine directly into the developer workflow. As Claude generates or edits code, Snyk surfaces real-time findings. Developers catch issues at inception, not after code ships.
Earlier this month, Snyk announced Claude’s frontier reasoning capabilities are now inside the Snyk AI Security Platform. Together, these integrations close the full loop. Claude makes Snyk smarter at finding vulnerabilities. Snyk makes Claude safer for developers. And the Claude Enterprise integration gives security teams governance across the entire enterprise deployment.
