EnduroSat Eyes $200M Series C Just Months After Last Funding Round

Europe’s space sector is heating up fast, and Bulgaria’s EnduroSat is wasting no time capitalising on the momentum. According to sources familiar with the company, EnduroSat has recently been in talks for a new funding round, just over six months after its $104 million round in October 2025. The potential EnduroSat Series C reported to target around $200 million, which would mark the company’s largest single raise to date.
Back-to-Back Raises Signal Surging Demand
The speed of this new push is striking. EnduroSat only closed its $104 million round in October 2025, with participation from Riot Ventures, Google Ventures, Lux Capital, Shrug Capital, and the European Innovation Council Fund. That raise itself came just months after a €43 million funding round led by Founders Fund in May 2025, which supported construction of a new 17,500-square-metre facility in Sofia to scale production of its new 200–500 kg ESPA-class satellite platform.
EnduroSat was established in 2015 by Raycho Raychev and develops modular, software-defined satellites for commercial and government applications, serving over 350 clients across six locations. The company’s flagship Endurance Gen3 ESPA-class platform supports payloads including hyperspectral imaging, synthetic aperture radar, broadband, and navigation making it increasingly attractive to both commercial operators and government defence customers.
What is driving the urgency is straightforward: capacity and contracts. Once operating at full capacity, the Sofia production facility will be capable of manufacturing two 200–500 kg satellites per day, designed to meet growing global demand for small- to medium-sized satellite constellations. The planned EnduroSat Series C would fund continued scaling to meet that pipeline.
EnduroSat’s top competitors include Terran Orbital, Apex, and ReOrbit, all vying for a share of the booming constellation market. But EnduroSat’s vertical integration strategy building everything from subsystems to full satellite platforms gives it a structural edge that investors have increasingly recognised. As Lux Capital’s Brandon Reeves noted at the October raise, EnduroSat’s trajectory mirrors BYD’s playbook of starting with components before scaling into complete systems.
