Nigeria Fintech Forum 2026 just wrapped, and Nosh made sure its voice was front and centre. The digital payments platform stepped in as Platinum Sponsor of the event, joining top players across the country’s fintech ecosystem to unpack where digital finance is headed next.
Representing Nosh on stage were two of its key executives. Product Manager Tosin Akintibu delivered a keynote focused on simplifying everyday transactions, while Marketing Manager Mosadoluwa Hezekiah took part in a panel discussion centred on growth strategies within the fintech space.
During her session, Akintibu explained that Nosh’s platform is built around helping users manage digital assets and daily payments more easily, from gift card trading and cryptocurrency conversion to bill payments and eSIM purchases. She argued that true innovation in fintech isn’t about piling on new features, but about cutting down complexity for the people actually using the products. As she put it, “The real gap in fintech isn’t getting people digital assets, it’s making those assets usable in daily life.”
Hezekiah’s panel appearance tackled a different but equally pressing challenge: how fintech companies stay competitive without burning out their user base. He noted that while bringing in new users still matters, long-term success now hinges on retention and trust, since loyal users are what keep a platform alive in a crowded market. He also touched on compliance, stressing that customers don’t want security and licensing framed as a checkbox, they want to feel that reliability baked into the experience itself.
Beyond the panels and keynotes, Nosh brought energy to its exhibition booth, where attendees could explore its products and enter a raffle draw. The company gave away three MacBook Neos, four Redmi 15 devices, four Redmi Note 15 devices, plus a stash of Nosh-branded merchandise, turning the sponsorship into a genuine crowd-pleaser.
A company spokesperson said the Nigeria Fintech Forum 2026 gave Nosh a chance to connect directly with its community, swap ideas with industry peers, and celebrate its users face-to-face, a fitting close to a event built around bridging fintech innovation with real customer needs.
