Anthropic Launches Claude Partner Network Services Track and Partner Hub

Anthropic has expanded its Claude Partner Network with two major additions designed to bring more structure and transparency to how enterprises find and evaluate AI implementation partners.

The company launched the Claude Partner Network in March alongside a $100 million investment in partner training, technical support, and shared marketing. Since then, more than 40,000 firms have applied to join, and over 10,000 consultants have earned a Claude certification, a credential tied to individuals that signals they have been trained to build and deploy Claude in production environments.

Now, Anthropic is introducing the Services Track, a tiered structure that reflects what a firm has actually built and delivered with Claude, and the Claude Partner Hub, a portal where both partners and enterprise customers can see partner standings, qualifications, and deployment histories in one place.

The Services Track runs across three tiers. The entry level, Select, requires at least 10 active certified individuals, two joint customers running Claude in production, and one published customer story. The Preferred tier raises the bar to 100 certified individuals, 15 deployed customers, and three public stories. At the top sits Global Premier, reserved for firms with at least 1,000 certified practitioners, 100 production deployments across three or more regions, and 15 published customer endorsements, alongside a joint business plan with named executive sponsors.

Tier standing is measured the same way for every firm regardless of size, and promotions are processed twice a year on January 1 and July 1, with an additional review on October 1, 2026, in this first year. A firm can only move down at the annual December 31 review, and only after 90 days notice and a window to close any gaps.

Some of the world’s largest professional services firms are already building practices around the Claude Partner Network. Accenture is training 30,000 professionals on Claude, while Cognizant has rolled the model out to around 350,000 associates. Deloitte is making Claude available to 470,000 people globally, KPMG is integrating it across a workforce of over 276,000, and PwC is deploying Claude Code and Cowork starting with US teams before expanding worldwide.

The Claude Partner Hub gives each partner a real-time dashboard showing their current tier standing, certified headcount, customer deployments, and public references, refreshed daily. Customers can use the same directory to find and compare firms based on what they have actually delivered. Partners can also connect the Hub directly to Claude through a new MCP connector, making it possible to query partnership data, deal status, and certification counts in a conversation within Claude itself.

Anthropic says specializations for specific industries and use cases are coming, and rewards will scale as a partner’s deployment record grows. New applicants enter at the Registered level with a minimum commitment to 10 certified practitioners, with full partnership beginning at Select. More details are available at claude.com/partners.
