Qwen 3.7 Plus Lands on Vercel AI Gateway
Vercel has added Alibaba’s Qwen 3.7 Plus to its AI Gateway. Developers can now access the model directly, no separate provider account needed.
The update went live on June 1, 2026. It expands Vercel AI Gateway’s growing model lineup with one of the more capable multimodal options currently available.
Qwen 3.7 Plus merges vision and language into a single agent foundation. It handles GUI and CLI operation, coding and productivity tasks with full-modality input, and visual agent tasks such as perception and reasoning. It is also built to generalize across different agent harnesses, making it flexible for varied workflows.
Getting started is simple. Developers set the model to alibaba/qwen-3.7-plus through the AI SDK and it works immediately. No extra setup is required.
Pricing is equally straightforward. Vercel AI Gateway reflects provider pricing with no markup. There is also no platform fee on inference, including on Bring Your Own Key requests. That makes access to Qwen 3.7 Plus on Vercel AI Gateway cost-transparent by default.
Beyond model access, Vercel AI Gateway includes several built-in tools. These cover custom reporting, Zero Data Retention support, and dynamic provider sorting by latency, cost, or throughput. Together, they give teams unified control over usage tracking, retries, failover, and performance optimization.
